      Jenna Wee

I'm Jenna, a digital native but with my feet firmly planted in the real commercial world. I am a Eurasian New Zealander i.e. hailing from Auckland - I'm European, Malaysian-Chinese and Japanese in equal doses, with a transnational life that sees me rooted in Auckland but with strong ties to the most progressive centres in Asia where digital technology rules.

As a true lover of technology and life online, I'm passionate about online media and the developing digital landscape. Once upon a time I would have been called a nerd; these days they call me an influencer marketing strategist.

    • Executive Director at Johnson & Laird Management

      Anna Lawrence

After 20 years in FMCG in sales and marketing roles, most recently heading up the International brand team at DB, Anna decided it was time for a career change and joined forces with Imogen Johnson at Johnson and Laird Management.  Anna is responsible for the Personality Division which includes Social Talent, MC’s/Entertainers and Brand Ambassadors.  After joining Anna quickly recognised the growth of Social Media and the demand for this talent in NZ.  J&L began by managing Jamie Curry which soon followed with other talent.  J&L now represents to 2 largest YouTubers in NZ, Jamie’s World and Shaaanxo, plus the best of the rest and works with this talent to grow their channels and make a living from social media.
