All throughout school Nadia was excelled in food tech class and it became pretty clear she was a born to cook. As a young teen, Nadia loved holding dinner parties for her friends and started writing her recipes in a little note book. She thinks the first original recipe Nadia created was a chilli and lavender milkshake – it’s fair to say it was a disaster, so she's come a looooong way since then!
