Kym Niblock has 25+ years of media and 10 years of IPTV and OTT digital experience with with brands like Spark, Foxtel, BBC.com, Viacom, B Sky B, Nickelodeon and MTV Networks. She was most recently the CEO of Media at Spark where she set up and ran Lightbox.
Kym specialises in taking disruptive content initiatives to market and building them into large scale and sometimes global businesses, that are leading the way carving out new business, value and revenue models at the forefront of the media revolution. -

Chrystal came to fame as one of New Zealand's first bachelorette's, followed by a run to the finals on Dancing with the Stars.
Viewers couldn't get enough of her outspoken antics on ‘The Bachelor’. She is charismatic and unapologetically authentic.
As a yoga instructor and self-proclaimed "health nut," Chrystal leads a holistic lifestyle and is passionate about health, nutrition, physical activity, travel and fashion when she's not delighting audiences.

Head of Curation, Emerging Platforms, SKY Television
Kathy Wright is responsible for the selection of key content, schedule planning for SKY's emerging platforms - including a wide variety of UK and US studio and major independent series for SKY Television in New Zealand.
Previously, Kathy was also responsible for programming SKY’s free-to-air channel, Prime and the inception of a new Entertainment Production team to provide local production and commissioning services to Sky's Entertainment channels, including Prime's first commissioned drama, The Brokenwood Mysteries, and long running series 60 Minutes, The Crowd Goes Wild, Shearing Gang and SKY All Access.
In a former life, she looked after content for Vodafone’s short-lived Mobile TV service and was a programmer for TVNZ.
